Will my client know you did the audit?
Not from us. The report carries your logo and name only, and ChatbotCheck isn't mentioned anywhere in it.
Do you contact my client?
No. We work with you. If we need something from the client, such as a test account, we ask you.
Which platforms?
Any bot a customer can talk to: Voiceflow, Botpress, Chatbase or a custom stack. We test from the customer's side, so we don't need access to your build.
Can I try it on one bot first?
Yes. Start with one bot at the per-bot price. The 3-bot price is there if you want to cover more clients.
